Hard disk motor 4 wires

Hey, my HDD only had three wires (im guessing a motor in a quot;whyequot; config) but it gave me an idea. Im trying to make a clock out of old hard drive spindle motor it has 4 wires red white black green. Just connect it to your HDD motor and get on with the rest of your project.
