Kuhler 620 vs hyper 212

Looking to buy a new cooler, possibly the Cooler Master Hyper Evo or the Antec Kuhler H20 620, was wondering which one should I purchase (running on a $60 budget). I was bored today and decided to pickup a Kuhler 620 from Frys because it was only $39. If I upgrade to a Hyper 212 EVO cpu cooler about how much of a difference in temperature would I get or should expect?

To try and balance things out maybe go for a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO as the cooler and spend an extra $25 on a better motherboard.
